Last Call is made by Honk. Write to us and a person reads it. There is no ticket system and no bot in the way.
Telling us your macOS version and what you expected to happen gets you a useful answer on the first reply.
Compatibility
Last Call requires macOS 15 or later. It is a menu bar app: it has no Dock icon and no main window, and it lives to the right of your menu bar.
Common fixes
No reminder appeared for a meeting
Three things stop a flight, in order of likelihood. Check whether Calendar access is off. The menu bar panel says so directly, and you can grant it in System Settings under Privacy & Security. Check whether Quiet mode is on, which silences alerts for a set number of minutes. Check whether Presentation Mode is active, which moves alerts into the menu bar without sound.
Nothing will fly at all
Silent mode holds everything back. Turn it off from the panel’s right-click menu.
I do not want to grant Calendar access
You do not have to. Quick timers work without it, and the rest of the app behaves normally. Calendar access only tells Last Call what your next meeting is.
The reminder comes too late, or too often
The default is five minutes before. You can add more times in Settings: twenty minutes out, five, one, or the moment the event starts. They apply to every event and every timer.
It interrupted me while I was presenting
Presentation Mode uses only the frontmost app’s bundle identifier and your Last Call Focus filter, because it deliberately avoids invasive permissions like Screen Recording. That means it cannot detect every screen-sharing setup. If a particular app slipped past it, tell us which one. That is exactly the report we can act on.
Privacy
